The perfect introduction to the cyanotype process on fabric.

Discover the art of Cyanotype.

Unleash your creativity and immerse yourself in the wonders and magic of cyanotype.

This textiles printing workshop will enable you to create some beautiful artwork using UV rays, giving you the opportunity to experiment, have fun and create unique tote bag and zip pouch to take home.

We will start the session with a brief explanation of the cyanotype process and then continue with some print experimentation with various objects such as leaves and feathers on ready prepared papers. We will experiment on pre prepared paper and fabric before moving on to coating your own tote bag and zip pouch with light sensitive cyanotype solution before creating your unique designs.

Don't worry if you're new to this - the class is designed for beginners, and you'll be guided through each step. No experience is needed, just bring your creativity and enjoy the process.

You are also encouraged to bring your favourite flowers and leaves from garden if you wish, but I do have plenty to inspire you.
