Metal
I live overlooking the Cheviot Hills in North Northumberland. I create acid patination artwork on brass and copper, with the flora and fauna of Northumberland being the main subjects. From these original pieces come prints, homewares and printed aluminium jewellery with sterling silver. With a focus on quality handmade British products, and bringing out the art of nature.

Unique In Glass
Glass
Willa worked as a Theatre designer in London but in 1994 changed her career when she sold some handmade stained-glass mirrors at a craft fair. Since then, she has experimented with techniques and developed her skills and style as a glass and mosaic artist. In 2001 Willa returned to Northumberland and launched her business ‘Unique In Glass’.

Carole Ann Hall
Ceramics
Carole Ann Hall makes pots and tells little stories. ‘My work is very small, possibly insignificant, yet every piece has its own version of a life. The faces I make express feelings and often strike up relationships with each other. I like to think that my pots are expressing things that are sometimes hard to say.’

Stony Pasture
Textiles
Fleecy products from the Stony Pasture alpacas, llamas and Greyface Dartmoor sheep. This daughter & mother team hand-make all items from Lizzie's herds and flocks located near Hexham. All fleece has a purpose from the coarse sheep wool to the superfine alpaca. Free from dyes and chemicals, wool is natural, sustainable, biodegradable, flame-retardant, anti-microbial and moisture wicking.

In Knots and Stitches
Textiles
From a love of creatures and using natural resources, I wanted to create something fun and to be enjoyed by others. Using local sheep's wool, and some dyeing techniques, whimsical and some realistic pictures and sculptures are created using needle felting, all based on local woodland and coastal creatures.

Hannah Forsyth
Painter
I have lived close to the sea in Northumberland for nearly 30 years, I absolutely love it. Working in monotype I strive to create what I see & feel, enjoying the motion of pushing, pulling the ink, creating layers, texture and subtleties of colour, bringing light and depth. Each print is completely unique and cannot be replicated.

Chameleon
Textiles
Julia Neubauer produces a range of pure wool accessories under the name Chameleon. Brightly coloured designs are heavily influenced by the North Pennines landscape where she lives and works. Each item is hand framed and hand crafted from British pure wool, a natural fibre renowned for its warmth and resilience. The range includes, hats, scarves, wrist warmers and neck warmers.
