Gentle Yoga for Deep Rest

Join us for a morning of nurturing yoga. A precious chance to take some time out from the demands of life, to ease tension from the body, quieten the mind and come back to yourself. 

We will practice slow and restorative yoga, including gentle movement and quiet stillness, allowing you to rest deeply and truly unwind. Includes breathwork, meditation and extended deep relaxation (yoga nidra), followed by a delicious lunch provided by the Hearth Café. 

No previous experience of yoga needed - just a desire to nourish yourself with the luxury of true rest! Hot drinks, snacks and lunch from Hearth cafe are included.
