
Yoga for Relaxation
REST AND DE-STRESS
Thursdays starting 18/07/26, 7pm - 9pm, £20, Taught by Emma Bacon

A special two-hour class to release tension from the body, calm the mind and settle the emotions.
Each class includes:
- slow and steady movement
- seated and lying stationary poses using yoga supports such as bolsters
- calming breathing techniques
- short meditation
- extended deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra)
Take time out once a month to relish peace and quiet, unwind and let go of any stress, and relax deeply. This is a small and supportive class to help you find comfort and ease in your body, quieten your mind, and leave feeling more like your true self.
Level: Complete beginners are very welcome – so long as you can get up and down off the mat comfortably, this lovely, friendly class is for you.
£20 includes tuition, use of yoga blocks and bolsters.
