We market all events into which the public can book to attend and publish on our popular 'Whats On' page of the hearth.co.uk website.
To be published on Whats On, please complete the Google Whats On Listing and Marketing Form using the link provided on the Booking Confirmation email.
Ensure that you have uploaded images as requested on the form.
If you haven't used our hall before, please contact the office to arrange an induction as you may be accessing the hall independently.
Please check the Hearth Risk Assessment below.
Please use the Hall_Hub_Users_ Risk_Assessment _Form_2026.docx below, to identify any risks particular to the activity / event that you are running in the Hall or Hub, that have not been identified on the Hearth Risk Assessment eg: knives or items that may pose a risk to those attending.
