Transform your favorite photo into a beautiful felted masterpiece!


Join us for an  inspiring, hands-on workshop led by felt artist Claire Priestley. Whether you're completely new to felting or looking to enhance your existing skills, this workshop offers the perfect   opportunity to learn, explore, and unleash your creativity.


What to Expect: 

In this full-day session, you’ll transform a landscape or seascape photograph of your choice into a stunning 50cm x 50cm felted artwork. Claire offers the chance to discuss your chosen image in advance to help you plan your piece, ensuring your final creation is truly personal and meaningful.


Morning: Begin by laying out your image in wool, planning textures and tones.

Afternoon: Dive into wet felting, then add depth and detail using needle felting techniques.


With small-group tuition and access to a wide selection of wool, fibres, textures, and colours, you’ll have everything you need to bring your vision to life.


What to Bring:

● A medium-sized towel

● A photograph (landscape or seascape) to work from


All other materials are provided.


Whether you're looking for a creative escape or to develop your felting practice, this workshop is sure to leave you inspired—and you’ll go home with a finished piece to be proud of.
