Enjoy 60-minutes of nourishing, self-care with Yoga Teacher Rachel Orange. She will be teaching us how to be gentle with ourselves and embrace the slowness we have learned over this past year to prepare ourselves for coming out of lockdown and stepping into spring. This class is an inclusive experience for beginners and experts alike covering a range of holistic elements including Dru yoga, meditation relaxation, breathing techniques and self-care (reflexology techniques for feet). What you'll need:

  • Towel
  • Water to stay hydrated
  • Blanket(s)
  • Massage balm/lotion/oil (for reflexology)
  • Socks
  • Optional- a candle (peace flame)
