Festive Felt Decorations

Design and stitch some felt decorations using Nordic folk style as our inspiration.

You will make a number to take home. We are also aiming to contribute to a collection of festive tree decorations for ‘Live Well With Cancer’, a Charity in North Tyneside which helps people to live with and beyond a cancer diagnosis. They distribute decorations at Christmas to people undergoing hospital treatment.

This is a relaxed social crafting workshop with a feelgood factor. It is subsidised by the Coop Community Fund, to whom we give thanks.

Natalie Henderson has taught craft upcycling workshops at The Hearth for a number of years. This is an opportunity to sample a short course with her, using her collection of hand-dyed felt.
