The workshop is fully booked?

Workshop leaders can add you to a waiting list in case of a cancellation or to a reservation list for a future workshop. 

I have booked into a workshop but am unable to attend?

The workshop leaders cancellation and refund policies, which we advise you to read prior to booking are available on the Artists websites as are their details in order to contact them directly.

Payment?

Workshop leaders take their own bookings and payments are made directly to them.

How do I book a workshop?

After clicking on the BOOK & INFO button on a specific workshop page you will be taken directly to an email address, website or contact page or to message via a social media page.  You can also find a phone number on the artists website if you wish to contact them directly. 

Is lunch provided?

If lunch is provided by the workshop leader it will be stated in the 'About the Course' details.  You are welcome to bring a packed lunch or order a lunch on the day from the Hearth Café, which will be served in the Hall where the workshops take place.  The Café offers vegetarian, gluten and dairy free.

Where does the workshop take place?

Unless otherwise stated in The Hearth Hall which is available for hire
