Akasha yoga and therapy

Dru Yoga is a graceful form of yoga, based on soft flowing movements, energising sequences, directed breathing and visualisation.
Dru works on body, mind and spirit to rejuvenate your whole being.
It improves strength and flexibility, increases core stability, builds a heightened feeling of positivity, and brings deep states of relaxation for body and mind.
Numbers are limited to ensure social distancing

Slow and mindful Hatha yoga to help you feel better in mind, body and spirit. Friendly, accessible classes including yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation. Your chance to strengthen, stretch and unwind. Beginners welcome, as well as those with more experience.

Pilates with Kirsty Harte

Harte and body is run by Kirsty Harte an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist and Body Control Pilates instructor. She provides weekly Pilates classes, one to one Pilates sessions and Physiotherapy appointments.
Pilates classes and one to one sessions are available via zoom and at various locations in Northumberland, catering for all levels ranging from beginners (or people who need a refresher, or a slower pace) right through to experienced.

Whatever your woolly interest (knitting, spinning, weaving, crochet, sheep, felt-making) or level of skill, bring along some of your own work and spend a couple of hours with like-minded people to chat, skill-share, network. This is a drop-in session, not a formal class or course.
