evening events & gigs
Volunteers to act as Ushers, provide technical support, run the bar and clear everything away at the end of the night. To help ensure the Gig runs smoothly from start to finish. We especially welcome volunteers with experience in using audio equipment

film club event
Act as an Usher and provide technical support in setting up the audio visual equipment. Arranging tables and chairs, serve refreshments, run the bar and clear up after the film screening. To help ensure the event runs smoothly from start to finish.

art & craft fairs
Support front of house and welcome visitors to The Hearth. Help stall holders and resident artists and makers to set up stalls and pack away items securely. Count visitors, collect feedback and inform them about our activities and up coming events and activities.

gardening maintainance
Do you have an interest or background in gardening. There are possibilities to develop the small garden as well as maintaining the existing back and front gardens.

handyperson
Suitable for someone living locally who can be called upon when there's an issue with the building or a repair to be organised. A building or maintenance background would be useful.

administration
Are you interested in Arts Administration? Be introduced to the role and support our Administrator, Ali Wilkes
