With over 20 years experience of making original prints, Rebecca has developed a unique landscape style with glowing colours, detailed textures and strong compositions. The amazing colour and mark-making possibilities of etching and monotype have fascinated me for many years as I've experimented and innovated with them.

My prints combine a multi-coloured, layered approach with powerful mark-making and bold patterns that depict the land and sea imaginatively. I take inspiration from the Northumberland landscape but then create a strong, rhythmic, idealized composition that expresses a more abstract idea about the forms in nature that we respond to.
